I cannot begin to tell you how pleasant my experience was with the staff! Mrs. Patty was very helpful and took time to answer all of my questions and was willing to help me with anything I needed! I truly believe that she went above and beyond her job description! I apologize but I don't not remember the ladies name that helped me in the room but she had strawberry/blonde hair. She was very precise and to the point! All businesses should model themselves after the staff of Elite in customer service! I have always been very hesitant and fearful of coming to the dentist, however after the way I was treated yesterday, I have a feeling I will be coming back on a regular basis! Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

Great office! I am thrilled that I have a dentist to brag about. I LOVE Dr. Turgeon and his staff of hygienists. Everyone is so nice and polite every time I come in. Patty is very helpful and has gone out her way in helping me several times. Julie is amazing and I wish there were more people in the world like her. She's kind and has a genuine spirt that I can appreciate so much as a patient. Honestly, I can't suggest any changes because in my opinion I have one of the best Dentist offices in Shreveport/Bossier.

I had a GREAT visit, despite the work that needs done in my mouth! However, Ms. Patsy was super nice when I called to schedule and made me more comfortable. When I got there I was greeted and called back quick. Mrs. Theresa is the ABSOLUTE GREATEST!!!! I enjoyed Julie's company while I was in the chair and the confirmation that she is a good shot giver..and of course that she'd be the one to do my shots when I come back. The staff made me VERY comfortable and calm. I was very impressed.

I was very comfortable with y'all and I could not have asked for a better Dentist. Wonderful and Friendly Staff that made me very comfortable. Kelly was so sweet and Julie was too. She called and checked on me that evening to make sure I was doing good. Thanks to every one I would recommend y'all 100% to anybody that ask.
